My fav! My friend (Sarena) and I planking it up last week during Art Basel. I love planks – literally my favorite exercise. Getting a good plank in to the beginning of class warms up my core and gets me ready for the rest of the workout.

Planks tone your belly, reduce back pain (by strengthening your core), increase flexibility, improve your mood, and improve your balance/posture.

Get on it. Plank it up!
