On my birthday, my coworkers took me out to Finka which I had never been to! What a delight. I was happy to be able to try different things.
I have to say my absolute favorite was the Cuban Fried Rice [I put the egg to the side until the last bit of rice was being eaten]; but wow wow wow.. super delicious. A must if you go to this restaurant. Rate: 9 out of 10.
My coworkers were very happy with the Brussels Sprouts too. I think they were good especially with the fried wonton pieces. However, I do have to say I have had better. Rating: 7 out of 10
I think any Mac N Cheese made in a skillet is yummy haha with the crispy top. Not my fav mac n cheese plate that I’ve ever had, so my rating is a 7 out of 10. [A little more creamy than I personally like.]
Now, the owners of Finka are the children of the owners of Isla Canarias, which is famous for their croquetas. So naturally they have a flatbread with the Isla Canarias croquetas on top. It was yummy – rate: 7.5 out of 10.
